Day 26!!!

Plyometrics – "The Mother of all X Workouts". I started sweating just in the beginning of the warm-up. I just let them flow just like Tony said. My arms are sore right now; I'm just about to go to bed- my morning starts very early.

Food for today:
Smoothie (frozen fruits with yogurt and 1-orange)

Snack: strawberries with yogurt

Lunch: sweet potatoes with mixed vegetables

Dinner: fish, brown rice, black beans with avocado
