Day 76 & 77

Day76- KenpoX
Day77- Legs, back, and Ab RipperX

I just finished the last 30 minutes of Yoga. I think the last 30 minutes aren’t too bad. I did enjoy the core moves I definitely needed them. Since I only have 13 days left on the program I’m planning to do Yoga for 30-35 minutes for 3 days a week. After all, I’m glad I completed my small goal for the week…

Day 74 & 75

Tonight I started with Yoga where I left on Monday and it got very hard. Some of the moves, I just stood there and starred at the TV or I just stayed on child pose. I did my best and forgot the rest. I really want to complete it so I'll have to see what's coming next...

No more girlie push ups! This morning I was able to do real push ups while working-out on Chest & Back. I did 10 REAL push ups per reps from Standard Push-Ups to Military Push-Ups. When I started P90X I couldn’t even do one push up; now I can do TEN. I’m so EXCITED .

I have a small goal to complete the whole 90-minutes Yoga workout this week in 3-days. Some of you may know that I’m not a fan of Yoga. So I’m planning to do it 30-minutes on Mon, Wed, and Fri. So tonight I did about 32 minutes and I’ll be continuing it to where I stopped on Wed.

Day69, 70, & 71!!!

I’m little behind on the blog but not on my workouts. I’ve been pushing play every day; I just get sleepy around 7 and can’t make it through the blog.

For day69, I had shrimps bell peppers with linguine…

Tonight I had bell peppers tilapia with brown rice and broccoli/cauliflower…

This morning I did Plyo and I was so hot I only burned 700 calories because I couldn’t concentrate. I had to slow down every time and I hated that…

YES, I did yoga tonight for 50-MINUTES and I’m so proud of myself.

So tonight I had for dinner salmon with brown rice and steam spinach…

Day 66 & 67!!!

Can anybody help me with my followers? I have no idea what happen to them. Thanks in advance!!!

Day66- I got CardioX done first thing on Saturday. I haven’t done yoga in awhile but Cardio has about 12 minutes of Yoga.

Day67- This is my least favorite workout chest, shoulders and triceps. It has a lot of pushups and I’m still not a pushup girl.

I was able to get a snapshot of my dinner tonight.
Curried chicken with mixed vegetables quinoa and steamed broccoli…

Day 62 & 63!!!

Day62: Still rocking Plyometrics- Football Hero is one of my favorite moves. It’s the last one move in the workout and I feel so strong at the end of it...

Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X
- I’ve been using my 5lbs dumbbells so I got some new 10lbs weights and I used them this morning. My triceps are still screaming and I can still feel the burns. And I didn’t smash my face while I was doing the “Lying Down Triceps Extension”. LOL…

I burned over 1,500 calories this morning. After I got done I was so ready to eat. I ended up having some protein shake with a banana...

I drink tons of water, today I just realized that I drank 1 liter of was within 2-hours. Like Tony said “drink your water people”…

Okay, I’m going to be honest here. I was disappointed with my day60 weight loss. I was expecting to see the number on the scale less than that. I just put these 3 pictures side by side in the last minute and I just realize there’s a different between day30 and day 60.

Yesterday was day60 and I did KenpoX. I can’t believe I only have 30 more days to go. I took this picture yesterday before going to the playground with our little guy.

I got some Ezekiel bread today while I was over my parents and I forgot to take them with me. They had only one natural food store here it's closed. I've been waiting to get damn bread and I can't believe I left them. GRRRRRR....

I stayed up late last night with the hubby to wait for LeBron James decision and he’s going to South Beach. We really like his decision and it’s going to be a great season for the Heat. :)

Day 57 & 58!!!

Day57: Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper X

KenpoX- I’ve been very sleepy lately and go to bed early almost every night because I don’t want to miss any workouts. I know I’m in this journey to lose weight but I really enjoy doing P90X and I can’t wait to push play first thing in the morning.

I just had a picture of my dinner tonight, baked chicken breast with peas brown rice, roasted carrots and zucchini.
Ingredients for chicken:
Chili powder
Salt & pepper
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Low-sodium chicken brow

Last Tuesday when I did PlyoX I only burned 570 calories. So this morning after my 58 minutes workout I ended burning 792 calories doing plyo. After my workout, I had a hard boiled egg with a banana…And for breakfast I had 3white eggs with spinach and tomatoes on flatout bread...

Dinner was salmon with sweet potato and zucchini...

I never thought that I could burn that many calories Chest, Shoulders & Triceps + Ab Ripper X. They are few moves that I don’t enjoy at all the one-arm push-ups, the clap or plyo push-ups and I don’t like the slow-motion 3-in-1 push-ups I prefer the fast one (LOL). Anyway I managed to complete the 55 minutes workout plus the 16 minutes Abs ripper X…

I almost forgot...I did X Stretch yesterday for 50 minutes and I like it way better than yoga...

Burned 1,002 calories...

Right after workout I had a blue berry protein shake...

I said that I wasn't going to get the Costco brand peanut butter but mi familia likes them so I have no choice :)

Breakfast: cream of wheat, blue berries, and peanut butter...

Lunch: chicken salad sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread with cucumber and apple…

Dinner: broiled chicken with brown rice and blended vegetables…

We were ready to take our little guy to the park and as soon as we were about to leave it started pouring. So I’ve been home, oh at least I got a pedi and waxed my eyebrows...

This morning I did CardioX and just did YogaX for 20 minutes. I wanted to do it for 35 minutes where he says: “you can pause and take a break if you want to”. I was getting very bored and it was also my first time doing Yoga in the garage…

What a day! Brazil lost than Ghana. I just couldn’t believe it and I even lost my appetite around lunch time…

So this morning I ended up burning 926 calories on legs & back (58min) and abs ripperX (16min)...

Breakfast: oatmeal with banana & peanutbutter...

Dinner: curry tilapia with brown rice and side of broccoli...

Day 52!!!

Last month wasn’t a good month for me and I’m not satisfied with my weight loss. I’ll be posting my weight loss on day60. I expect better result for the month of July. Anyway, I was supposed to meet my friend at the park for a walk and it’s been raining all night. She and I used to walk back when I just started P90X. I really want to start walking it helped me more with my weight loss instead of the double program.

So this morning I did KenpoX and burned 665 calories. After my workout I had a 6oz protein shake…

Breakfast: white eggs with spinach and tomatoes on flatout bread...

Lunch: turkey sandwich on 2 slices weight Watcher- 100% whole wheat bread with avocado, baby carrots, and apple

Dinner: lemon pepper broiled chicken breast with sweet potato and zucchini...
