Day69, 70, & 71!!!

I’m little behind on the blog but not on my workouts. I’ve been pushing play every day; I just get sleepy around 7 and can’t make it through the blog.

Day69- Back, biceps and ABRX
Day70- 20 to go!!! KenpoX
Day71- Legs, back + ABRX

For day69, I had shrimps bell peppers with linguine…

Tonight I had bell peppers tilapia with brown rice and broccoli/cauliflower…

geesh i bet you are tired after 2 workouts! great job though!
