Phase II: Week5- Day25!!!

Chest, Shoulders & Triceps and Abs RipperX: My plan today was to do push-ups on my legs but didn’t happen. I did everything on my knees; those push-ups were very hard; specially the one-arm push-ups. I was able to keep up through the whole workout.

Yogurt Orange, Banana, blueberries Shake

I made almond butter today and this time I pureed it for a longer time.

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Romain Salad with Balsamic Vinegar (grape tomatoes, mangoes, Pecan)

Snack: Brown Rice Cake with Homemade Almond Butter

Dinner: Quinoa with Pinto Beans (avocado, carrots, onions, garlic)

Day 22 - TGIF!!!

I’m glad it’s Friday; and I’m going to miss Core Synergistic.  This morning after my workout; I made vegetables shake. I used carrots, peas, broccoli, celery, cucumber and apple and one cup of water. I didn’t taste good at all but I tried to drink a glass just took me a little while to finish it….


I was kind of rushing for my appointment today and I made breakfast just egg white with tomatoes on low-carb wheat tortilla with cantaloupes…

So for my appointment today; I wore my size 4 pair pants and I still have 15-lbs to lose…humm…

Check out the mommy pouch...I’m still working on it though…

They were comfortable and I did SQUATS with my HEELS on (LOL). The hubby was making laugh I couldn’t concentrate and sorry for the funny face…HAHAHA..

Day 22!!!

I had a lazy and boring day today and I can’t wait for my recovery week to be over with. I’m so ready to “bring it”. I did the X Stretch first thing this morning and I don’t think it’s a morning workout and I almost fell asleep but I got through it.

I didn’t even cook; just had left over and snacked on few things. I got a free sample of Bob’s Red Mill Hot Cereal at Whole Foods Market; we had that for breakfast. I had mine with little bit of Agave, pecan; and blueberries and the hubby has his just with salt.

I also got free sample of teas at Whole Foods Market and I had some today...

Cinnamon Oatmeal with Banana and Peanut butter…

Double Homemade Black Bean Burgers

Chicken Cordon Bleu with Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Carrots...
2 Chicken breast halves
Low Salt Ham
Fat free Swiss Cheese
1 egg white

Roll chicken over
Use toothpicks
Dip them into egg, then breadcrumbs
Bake 25-30 minutes

Banana rolls is my favorite move; I wish they had it on the classic program I'm in now; they just have it on the lean one. I can always add it if I want to; we'll see...

Two Years Ago Today...

Thanks to my cousin Simone for the beautiful card and for the gift cards. They came exactly on the 24th of May . That’s very nice and thoughtful of you for remembering our special day. We really appreciate it!!!

Week4: Day 19!!!

This is my recovery week and there are no lifting weights; I replace YogaX with CardioX. Some of those days I may end-up them twice a day (morning and night). Here’s my quick schedule from May 24th through Sunday May 30th:

Day 17!!!

After Legs & Back and Ab RipperX; I had a protein shake and today I used water with ice instead of milk. I added 1-banana and 10-blueberries and it was very delicious...

I had to go to the hair dresser so I packed my breakfast with me to go…
Breakfast: White Egg with low-carb wheat tortilla...

And Strawberries with Cantaloupes...

I stopped at Whole food market and they had sample of greek olive dip with wheat crakers which taste very good and I got both.

Lunch: Carrots and Cucumbers with Greek Olive Dip and Black Bean Burger with Avocado...

Dinner was very big hit; our little guy really enjoyed it. He loves shrimp and I don't know if it has something to do with me had a big lobster tail with shrimp at Red lobster 2-days before I had him. And he even ate all his vegetables.
Dinner: Stir Fry Vegetables Shrimp with Pasta…

Afterward we had mango...
