Breakfast: scrambled spinach white egg on low-carb wheat tortilla...
Snack: apple with homemade almond butter...
Lunch: salmon burger on 100% whole wheat sandwich thin
spicy brown musturd, lettuce, tomatoes...
Snack: 1/2 cup of frozen sweet peas...
Dinner: brown rice with homemade lentil "meatlessball" and roated vegetables...
