Yesterday was very relaxing day but I still did the workout first thing in the morning. I did Shoulders & Arms and Ab RipperX. For Mother’s Day; I got a gift certificate from the hubby I went to the spa and got one-hour massage and was very relaxing.
KenpoX- first thing in the morning and I’m starting to enjoy it now. I just have few pictures of my food and I had homemade salsa:
