P90X - Day 4 & 5

Yesterday I did KenpoX. It was alot of punches and kicks it will take me few times to get used to it.

I did legs and back this morning. Those were some hard moves expecially on the legs. Wall squats are new to me and I need to get use to them. Calf raises are some killer workout by the end I had to scream because they burnt like hell.

Baked Salmon with Broccoli and Carrots...
