P90X - Day 1

I was up so early for my first day of P90X. I’m going to spend 90 days doing this DVD work-out and I determine to do them first thing in the morning. I did Chest & Back and Ab Ripper X. Chest & Back weren’t too bad I got through them but Ab Ripper is so freaking hard in my opinion. After my work-out I fixed me a green monster shake that include:

Banana
Almond Milk
Strawberry



And for lunch, I made a turkey sandwich without mayo on 100% whole wheat Nature’s Own sandwich thin with Swiss cheese and...

Organic baby spinach
Tomato
Cuccumber
Avocado
