No more girlie push ups! This morning I was able to do real push ups while working-out on Chest & Back. I did 10 REAL push ups per reps from Standard Push-Ups to Military Push-Ups. When I started P90X I couldn’t even do one push up; now I can do TEN. I’m so EXCITED .
I have a small goal to complete the whole 90-minutes Yoga workout this week in 3-days. Some of you may know that I’m not a fan of Yoga. So I’m planning to do it 30-minutes on Mon, Wed, and Fri. So tonight I did about 32 minutes and I’ll be continuing it to where I stopped on Wed.
