Day 27!!!

I did Back & Biceps and Ab RipperX first thing this morning and I felt very good about the workout even though my arms were sore. I'm starting to get better with the Ab Ripper workout.

I had a berries smoothie with banana, 1-orange and plain yogurt. I had left-overs and I snacked a lot throughout the day...
