Today was my first day of my recovery week and I did Plyometrics. I wanted to do Yoga tonight for at least 35 minutes but I didn't really have time. Hopefully I can squeeze it in tomorrow workout. I'm almost half way and I can't wait to be done and move to a different workout (lol)...

For breakfast I had one of each...
Homemade Lentil Burgers...
Lunch: lentil cheese burger with guacamole on 100% whole wheat sandwich thin
Snack: brown rice cake with organic peanut butter...
Dinner: brown rice and chicken with spinach and tomatoes...

Of course your food looks YUMMY! I need your address ASAP b/c I'm coming over food. LOL. Keep up the great work - I'm glad to see that you are pushing play w/ Yoga X. great job.

But I used oats instead of flour and no sugar…
