Day 38-Plyo!!!

We had a great workout this morning. The hubby and I did plyometrics and he suggested that we put some music. So we were jamming to MJ’s – RIP Michael. . By the time we were done we were just dripping...

Our computers are no longer reading my SanDisk and I don't know why. It takes me longer to upload my pictures now. Last night I left my camera on and when I went to get it and took pictures of my breakfast; it needed to be charged...

I had protein shake with my workout and had oatmeal with blueberries and peanutbutter for breakfast.

Turkey meat balls salad with avocado and cherry tomatoes...


Broiled fish with baked potato and veggies...
