Week 6 - Day 31: Going DOUBLES!!!

I’ve been thinking about doing the doubles program instead of the classic. When I just started P90X I used to go walking and now I don't go anymore because it's so freaking hot. I think going doubles should work out fine if I have the time. Like tonight our little guys goes to sleep right after dinner before 7 pm. I was able to do CardioX and was done before 8:30 pm, and it’s only 3-days a week…

this morning after I worked on Chest, Shoulder & Triceps and Ab Ripper X; I made a green monster...
Organic spinach
1/2 banana
1 cup of almond milk



Before I took our little guy to story time at the library, I had cinnamon oatmeal with blueberries. I happened to have his breakfast by mine when I snapped the picture. He doesn't like berries but loves berries yogurt. :)


100% whole wheat flour for pizza dough...


Homemade Thin-Crust Whole Wheat Veggie Pizza (spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes)




Homemade Almond Granola Bars...
oatmeal
almonds
honey
pure vanilla extract
cinnamon
white egg



my afternoon snack...


Balsamic chicken breast onions with brown rice and sweet snap peas...

Dang girl- I need to step my game up to your level. Your shake, protein bar & the pizza- heck- all of your food looks so good!!! I'm hating hard right now. LOL. I'm definitely stealing your recipes. LOL. keep up the great work.

I forgot to tell you about a thread that I use on beachbody.com. It's called Divas taking it to the Max. It's a WONDERFUL and extremely active thread. It's a bunch of women trying on the journey to fitness (a lot of them are already there) and they are great motivators. I suggest you drop by and share some of your recipes - they would love you.
