Day46!!!

In the face, in the gut... that's what being stuck in my head all day: In the face, in the gut... Can you tell I did KenpoX again this morning and I also did X-Stretch for 30 minutes this afternoon. X-Stretch is a great workout but I don't like to waking up at 5:00 am to do it...

I haven't had Cream of Wheat in a long time, so this morning I had it for breakfast with ½ cup of blueberries. I’m going to make it more often now…


Homemade lentil burger with corn in the cob and roasted squash…I made chick peas burger today so I’ll have them in the menu for next week…


Dinner was leftover; and I snacked on cottage cheese, almond, and cantaloupe...

LOL - so funny you say that. That will be me tomorrow.

And when I do Ab Ripper I keep repeating "and come up on my butt" from the v up roll ups. Have no idea why. :)
