Day 51!!!

Where did Phase 2 go? I just realize I'm on Phase 3 for some reason I thought it was next week. And this is the last phase and hopefully it can bring me some great result. So this morning I did Shoulders & Arms and Abs; and still struggle with Ab Ripper X to do the whole 25 reps…


Breakfast: cream of wheat with blueberries...


Lunch: homemade lentil burger with collard greens and corn on the cob...


Dinner: quinoa with vegetable curry shrimp...

Day 50!!!

This morning workout was better than yesterday and I did my best to stay awake. I was able to complete the whole 58 minutes Plyometrics workout. I used the hubby heart rate monitor today and my heart rate was about 170 and ended up burning 570 calories and I know I didn’t give 100%...

Breakfast: white eggs spinach and tomatoes with watermelon...


Lunch: homemade "cheese" chick-pea burger with avocado on 100% whole wheat sandwich thin...


Dinner: salmon with mixed vegetable quinoa and sweet snap peas...

Day 49!!!

Saturday was my 48th day and I did KenpoX. I had a crappy day today and am glad it’s over. I woke first thing this morning to do Chest & Back I only did them for 30 minutes and I went back to bed. So tonight I did CardioX and Ab RipperX...

Day47!!!

I just finished working out I did Synergistics and I feel good. I couldn't workout this morning I had to take care some stuff so I'm glad I was still able to bring it tonight. I only got a snapshot of my dinner tonight. Have a great weekend!!!

Day46!!!

In the face, in the gut... that's what being stuck in my head all day: In the face, in the gut... Can you tell I did KenpoX again this morning and I also did X-Stretch for 30 minutes this afternoon. X-Stretch is a great workout but I don't like to waking up at 5:00 am to do it...

I haven't had Cream of Wheat in a long time, so this morning I had it for breakfast with ½ cup of blueberries. I’m going to make it more often now…


Homemade lentil burger with corn in the cob and roasted squash…I made chick peas burger today so I’ll have them in the menu for next week…


Dinner was leftover; and I snacked on cottage cheese, almond, and cantaloupe...

45 Down 45 to Go!!!

WOW…I’m halfway done with P90X and starting to feel good about my body. Yesterday was day44 and I did Core Synergistics and enjoy it like always. And today day45 was very busy day and did KenpoX first thing this morning. Is this recovery week over yet? I need to go back to my routine workout. (lol)...

Recovery Week- Day 42 & 43

Today was my first day of my recovery week and I did Plyometrics. I wanted to do Yoga tonight for at least 35 minutes but I didn't really have time. Hopefully I can squeeze it in tomorrow workout. I'm almost half way and I can't wait to be done and move to a different workout (lol)...

Day41!!!

I had a busy day today and I still "push play" and "bring it". I did Legs & Back and Ab RiperX first thing this morning and just did CardioX few minutes ago. I also did very good today with the snacking...

Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries...


6-oz of strawberry protein shake


Snack: apple with banana


Lunch was left-over.

Dinner: quinoa with salmon and asparagus...

Day40!!!

We did KenpoX this morning instead of CardioX. The hubby is not a fan of CardioX and said he’ll workout with me if we do Kenpo. I always enjoy having him there with me and I said why not. So I’ll do CardioX on Saturday then. So I’ve been snacking a lot lately and I don’t want to keep on like that. I snack on fruits (cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, apple and of course almonds). So today I did very good and only snacked on ½ banana and 7 strawberries…

After my workout I had scrambled white eggs with spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms with 1-slice wheat bread…


6 oz of protein shake...


I had this butternut squash for awhile and finally to decide to use it...

Day39!!!

Today was a lazy day for me and I didn’t mean it to be like that. On a day like today I could see myself go for the junk foods chocolate chip cookies, cheetos, m&m’s peanut butter I can go on all day; thanks goodness we don’t have those kind of food in our home any more.

I was up at 5am and got ready to do back & biceps and I was half asleep. I got through the whole workout but I didn’t work hard at all I tried but I couldn’t. Last night before I went to bed I used the aromatherapy SLEEP body wash I got yesterday from Bath & Body Works. I don’t even know why I bought it I don’t have trouble failing asleep. After I was done struggling with my workout I took a shower and went back to bed and woke up at 8am.

Our little guy and I had cheerios. My plan was to have egg whites with mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach but didn’t happen. I ‘m glad I was able to get through AB RipperX and CardioX...

I had 1-cup of cheerios with 1-cup of almond milk...

Day 38-Plyo!!!

We had a great workout this morning. The hubby and I did plyometrics and he suggested that we put some music. So we were jamming to MJ’s – RIP Michael. . By the time we were done we were just dripping...

Our computers are no longer reading my SanDisk and I don't know why. It takes me longer to upload my pictures now. Last night I left my camera on and when I went to get it and took pictures of my breakfast; it needed to be charged...

I had protein shake with my workout and had oatmeal with blueberries and peanutbutter for breakfast.

Day 36 & 37!!!

Saturday was my day36 and I did KenpoX and I enjoyed it. So yesterday was supposed to be my rest day and guess what I chose to do YOGA instead for 35 minutes...

This morning I did Chest,Shoulder & Triceps and AB ripperX in the afternoon. And I just got done with CardioX. This week is my second week going DOUBLES...

After my workout I had green monster...


I made 1 cup of peanut butter homemade apple-sauce oatmeal muffins...
And had 2 for breakfast...




Lunch: homemade black bean-spinach burger with sweet potatoes...


Dinner: Roasted chicken with brown rice and sweet snap peas...


Snacks:
Almonds(favorite snack)
Guadeloupe and grapes

Day 35!!!

First thing this morning I did legs & back. Around 2pm I did Ab RipperX; also did CardioX tonight. I didn't take pictures of all my food today and I had leftover for lunch that nobody else wanted.

While I was fixing a peanut butter sandwich for our little guy and I also made one for me on 1-slice wheat bread. Tomorrow I may stop at wholefood to get some Ezekiel bread.



I use the Costco brand organic peanut butter. I don't really like it I'll stick with Smucker's Organic Creamy Peanut Butter instead.

Day 34!!!

I don't know what happened to my phone this morning; I had my alarm set up to wake me up Monday-Friday at 5 o’clock to workout but I didn’t hear it this morning. I woke up at 6:30 and did Cardio. And I did YOGA at 2:00 pm for 35 minutes and it wasn’t that bad. Thanks to Browne Bombshell, she suggested doing it for at least 30minutes. I may end up doing it again on Sunday.

Breakfast: Bob’s Red Mill Hot Cereal with blueberries


Spinach salad with white eggs; tomatoes, avocado…


Snack: low-fat cottage cheese with steamed apple


Dinner: brown rice with mushrooms-tomato chicken and green beans…

Day33!!!

Aunt Flo tried to mess with my workout schedule today. I got already to start working out and started having some bad cramp and couldn’t even do the warm-up for Back & Biceps. So I went back inside and took an Aleve and went back to sleep for 2hours. By the time I woke up it’s was 7:30 am so I made some oatmeal. I didn’t want to miss my workout; while our little guy was taking his nap around 10:30 am I was able to do Back & Biceps but it was so hot in the garage even with the fan on. Around 5 o’clock I did Ab RipperX in the family room while he was having his snack on his high chair. And I also did CardioX tonight.

Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter and raspberries...

I made spinach turkey meatballs for our little guy since he doesn't really like meat yet and he still doesn't eat them. I used some of them for lunch...



We bough those while back at Costco before starting P90X; while I was going through the freezer they were six left and I made them for lunch...


Lunch: Spinach ravioli with spinach turkey meatballs...


My friend bought me a mango from wholefood. While she was there she thought of me and knows I like mangoes and got me one. How nice...


Snack: mango with plain yogurt and I also had 1/2 banana with almond butter


I had leftover quinoa from yesterday some I had it with shrimp vegetables stir-fry...
