Week 3 of Insanity

Day 16 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Day 17 - Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

GREAT workout this morning!!! I’m starting to love Pure Cardio; I sweated a ton like always. I love doing the power knees move; I can see some great definitions on my obliques and I love it. I haven’t taken any measurements yet I think I may lose 1 or 2 inches off my waist. Level 2 drills are still kicking my butt and I have to take breaks from them but I always feel so good afterward… DIG DEEPER!!!

My morning breakfast: Oatmeal with Peanut butter and Banana…

Thank you!!! The last few pounds are usually so hard to shed; hopefully they’ll be drop by the end of this insane journey.
