Week 3- Day 15

Workout- Fit Test2

I completed Fit Test 2 this morning. I cover up the previous results so I didn’t have to see them. I improved in most of them except for Power Jacks and Power Jumps; I get the same results as the first Fit Test. I laid down flat on the floor after completing the one minute Push-Up Jacks…WOW my arms and shoulders were on fire…

Here are the results: Fit Test 1 - Fit Test 2

1. Switch Kicks: 46 - 68 (2Kicks=1 rep)
2. Power Jacks: 60 - 60
3. Power Knees: 30- 66
4. Power Jumps: 30 - 30
5. Globe Jumps: 6 - 8
6. Suicide Jumps: 8 - 14
7. Push-Up Jacks: 12 - 20
8. Low Plank Oblique: 14 - 44
