Insanity - Week 6

Day36- Fit Test #3 and Max Interval Circuit
Day 37- Max Interval Plyo

Yesterday was my first Max workout and was about 60 minutes. There are many new moves in the Max workout that I still need to be familiar with. I was very sore yesterday after working-out but I’m feeling better today. All I can say Insanity is very insane… Do your best and forget the rest…DIG DEEPER. I ended doing the Fit Test 3 on Sunday instead. Here are my results: 1st, 2nd then 3rd:

Dinner for tonight was Tilapia with sweet potato and mixed vegetables. Our little man who doesn’t like sweet potato he ended up eating most of his tonight. Well I did mash his with little bit of butter, milk, and cinnamon and really liked it…

I'm so scared to start Month 2 next week. I'm glad to know you're still alive and kicking butt! :)

And the mashed sweet potato you made for your little guy sounds delicious!

Hi Betty! Yes girl I'm still here and kicking butt with Shaun T. My only advice is to do the Fit Test a day prior before starting the MAX workout because it would an 85-minutes workout.
