Day22 - Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs
I had a great workout but Cardio Abs, I’m still not a fan of it. I’m not too crazy about the C-sit position and those ins and outs are tough on my legs, like Tony says “Do your best and forget the rest” that’s exactly what I did…
We went bowling for a fundraiser on Saturday and I was so proud of myself for not going overboard with the FREE buffet they had…I had 2 chicken wings, 1 beef/bean burrito, 3 celeries, and lettuce/tomato and some salsa. I went back and had 1 wing and 1 burrito. They even gave us tickets for FREE alcohol drink; I just had my water - tons of it and I was so pleased :) …
Lunch: Whole-Wheat Black Beans Quesadilla with Avocado…
Ingredients: I used dried beans and cooked them, grape tomatoes, onions, garlic, cayenne pepper, curry powder...

I will be so glad when I can get to the point where it's safe for me to be at a buffet without going overbaord lol.
lol...I made sure that I had a granola bar and few almonds before I got there. And I think the hot sauce curbed my appetite; it was VERY hot and I even dipped the celery in it…HAHA
