Week 2- Day8

Workout- Cardio Power and Resistance

Thanks to my hubby for waking me up this morning I almost slept in. I don’t set up my alarm any because I thought my body was getting used to waking up at 5:30 in the morning and I guess not. I’m glad I was able to push play and did Cardio Power and Resistance. This workout has a lot of push-ups; my triceps are on FIYAH. So today was supposed to be weigh-in I’ll have to weigh next week because of Aunt Flo...DIG DEEPER


Dinner: Curried Tilapia with Brown Rice and Steamed Vegetables…

Thanks Ladies!!! It was a great dinner. I do my best to make them look and taste yummy at the same time. :)
