Week 1- Day3

Workout- Cardio Power and Resistance- DONE
Calories Burned- 525

This morning I had a tough time to get out of bed (not because I was sleepy) I was SO sore in my butt and shoulders. With P90X, it was my back. I’m so glad to say that I dogged deep and was able to complete the workout.

I only burned 525 calories with this workout this morning but my heart rate was up to 181. It was only 35 minutes workout. With P90X I used to burn 1000 calories but my heart rate was never able to go that high; it used to be around 160.

Looking forward to tomorrow workout… DIG DEEPER!!!

Lunch: Turkey Burger with Steamed Spinach and Corn on the Cob…

Dinner: Curried Shrimp with Baked Potato (no butter, no sour cream) and Steamed Vegetables…
