Week 1- Day2

Workout: Plyometrics Cardio Circuit
Calories Burned: 780

I got a great workout this morning but it was no joke by the end of the warm-up my heart rate went up to 181. My 20oz glass of water wasn’t enough; I had to get more water after 30minutes workout. Now I know better to take more with me in the garage next time. . I’m looking forward to day3 and ready to DIG DEEPER…

Dinner: Tilapia with Quinoa and Green Beans…
