I did Yoga tonight instead of last night. I couldn’t concentrate; I kept on looking at the time and I only did it for 20 minutes. I have enough energy to even do 58-minutes of Plyo or Kenpo, but why not Yoga and I really want to do it…:: sigh::
I pushed play first thing this morning and did Core synergistics. I only do this work out when it’s a recovery week and I have to say that I really enjoy it...
