Week 1- Day5

Workout- Pure Cardio
Calories Burned- 543

I had a busy morning and got a lot of them. I’m so glad that I pushed play first thing this morning. WOW…Pure Cardio= PURE HELL; I have to agree with that (lol). I had to stop few times to catch my breath and I made it through day5. I’m so closed to complete week1. I can’t wait for tomorrow workout and finish week1 strong… DIG DEEPER!!!

Dinner for tonight was Baked Sweet Potato-to die for (YUMMY) with Salmon (lemon juice with herbs) simply perfect and steamed spinach…
