Day57: Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper X
KenpoX- I’ve been very sleepy lately and go to bed early almost every night because I don’t want to miss any workouts. I know I’m in this journey to lose weight but I really enjoy doing P90X and I can’t wait to push play first thing in the morning.
I just had a picture of my dinner tonight, baked chicken breast with peas brown rice, roasted carrots and zucchini.
Ingredients for chicken:
Chili powder
Cumin
Coriander
Salt & pepper
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Low-sodium chicken brow
