The End of Insanity

I completed my last Insanity workout; WOW… it feels good to be done with this insane program. For the past few days I was so exhausted and ate so much; I knewit had something to do with Aunt Flo she shows up this morning. So tomorrow I’ll be doing my last fit test and want to wait after to take my measurements and pictures because I’m too bloated right now.
After all… Shaun T. is awesome. He motivated me during the workout to dig deep...I didn’t really get sick of him…

I’m still going strong with Insanity and only have 5 more days to go. I still can’t believe I make it that far; before starting I read where some people barely made it to Month2 but I’m glad I stick to the program. We’ve been going to a Family Walk 3 days (Mon-Wed-Fri) a week to the park while I’m there I still do my running.
I’m so addicted to BeachBody workouts after Insanity I’ll be starting with ChaLEAN Extreme on November 1st. I’ll be taking one week off doing some YogaX, and Core Synergistics. ChaLEAN is a 90-days program of 3 phases (burn, push, lean) I’ve been thinking I may end up doing it for 120-days so I can complete the “Lean for life phase”. Her workout schedule is 5-days a week so I’ll be adding Insanity Month 1 cardio; I’ll be all set until February 2011...

Insanity- Week 8

I’ve been pushing play and keep up with my workout; just been little busy. Anyhow I can’t wait to be done with Insanity I’m starting to worn out and my big toes are really bothered me when I wear heels. We’re going to a couple’s event end of Oct. I hope to be able to wear my heels.
So this morning I’m glad I was able to complete both workouts; at first, I was thinking to leave cardio abs for tonight. I felt so much better this morning than yesterday therefore I was able to dig deep and got a great workout done...DIG DEEPER!!!
They had those Energy Bars sample at Costco and I had to get some. They taste very good and we all like them...

Insanity- End of Week 7
Day 47- MAX Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs
Day 48- MAX Interval Sports Training instead of Core Cardio and Balance
I’m still having hard time to wake up at 6:00 – 6:30 on Saturday morning. So this morning I was up at 7:00 and was still able to workout first thing. I did Max Interval Sports Training this morning instead of Core Cardio & Balance because when I stepped on the scale this morning I’m .6 pound away from my weight goal and I dogged deeper. I know .6 lb is not going to make a different on how I am right now but this is MY goal I want to reach it…
MAX Interval Sports Training is a tough workout and this is my 2nd time doing it. I may keep on doing this workout after completing Insanity in two more weeks. One of the moves- 15, 30, 45, and 60 seconds of sprints that are going to help me with my first 5k…DIG DEEPER!!!

Week 7 of Insanity cont'd
Day 45- Max Interval Pyo
Day 46- Max Recovery
I’ve been doing some walking/jogging. Insanity is the exact tool that I got me going while jogging/running. I couldn’t jog or run. Last Friday I did 2.24 miles just in 28 minutes and on Monday, I did the same route in 24minutes. My first 5k is coming up on Nov.20th. I think after completing Insanity I should be able to run the 5k’s and hoping to finish in around 40-45 minutes since it’s gonna be my first one.
I completed Max Recovery first thing this morning. I did so much better this morning than last week. I said I wasn’t too sure if I wanted to do this workout anymore. Well I’m glad that I did; I was so focused this time and was able to keep up with most of it. I even burned more calories than last time. I have less than 3weeks to go to complete this insane program and I’m so excited for this new workout program that I will be starting on November 1st can’t wait…DIG DEEPER!!!
I have to put that out there- I had a Light Fat Free Vanilla Activia Yogurt I couldn’t even finish it because of too much sugar only 7g. I’ve been buying plain yogurt but they don’t have plain on Activia but they’re on sale...
Pumpkin Oatmeal was perfect for breakfast especially it was on the 60’s this morning. Since I make oatmeal twice a week (Mon. & Thur.) so why not try it with pumpkin. My little guy and I ate everything except for my hubby, oh I’m not surprised he’s a picky eater and not a fan of oats.
Ingredients: Oats, Pumpkin, Water/Milk, Cinnamon, Vanilla extract, little bit of Brown Sugar, and Pumpkin Pie Spice…

WOW...it looks like I've been gone for ever. Let see where to start. I’m still going strong with Insanity and got to love those insane workouts. I always feel good after completing them.
I was shocked when I was able to fit into these pair pants, now they’re no longer fit me and way too big. I wanted to wear them to Church on Sunday but they couldn’t stay on me I had to wear skinny jeans to Church. I have to say that when I started this journey I wanted all my pants on my closet to fit me comfortable. And I thought I was being in my smallest when planning my wedding and I guess not because I used to wear those pants…

Motivational Picture!!!
Insanity- Day40: Max Interval Circuit
I took some pictures this morning after completing my 40th insane workout. I’m pretty pleased with the definition on my arms. They say you lose a lot of muscle doing Insanity I didn’t have much to begin with but I’m happy with what I have right now. This picture is going to motivate me to DIG DEEPER for the next 23 days...
